利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、T-Photo Project（以下「当プロジェクト」）が提供するサービスおよびウェブサイトの利用条件を定めるものです。
1. 著作権と権利帰属
当プロジェクトに掲載されているすべてのコンテンツ（文章、写真、ロゴ、デザイン、ソースコード等）の著作権は、2007年の活動開始時より運営者である TAKEUCHI Yusuke に帰属します。
2. 禁止事項
- 当プロジェクトの運営を妨げる行為
- サーバーまたはネットワークに対する不正アクセス
- 著作権、商標権等の知的財産権を侵害する行為
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for using the services and website provided by T-Photo Project.
1. Copyright and Ownership
Copyrights for all content (text, photos, logos, designs, source code, etc.) published in the Project belong to the operator, Yusuke TAKEUCHI, since the start of activities in 2007.
2. Prohibited Acts
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Project
- Unauthorized access to servers or networks
- Acts that infringe upon intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or trademarks
